Rajeeb Baral

Rajeeb Baral is a senior surveyor and the firm's Managing Director. He has worked on topographical and engineering surveys, infrastructure planning, design coordination and project management since 2007, and has led e2services since 2010 — running its technical operations and project portfolio alongside his own field and design work.

His assignments span road, bridge, hydropower, irrigation, river basin, transmission line, airport, trail bridge, landfill and flood risk management projects across Nepal. He has served as Survey Team Leader and Senior Surveyor on major road, bridge, hydropower, airport, transmission line and river management works, coordinating field teams and supporting multidisciplinary engineering staff.

His technical work covers topographical surveys, longitudinal and cross-section surveys, contour mapping, social surveys, feasibility studies, hydrological studies, soil investigation coordination, engineering design support, drawing preparation and detailed project reports.

He holds a Master's degree in Sociology, a Bachelor's in Business Studies and a Diploma in Information Technology, with specialised training in total station survey, AutoCAD, GIS mapping, Autodesk Land Development, micro-hydro surveying and community surveying — a combination that puts the social and the instrumental sides of a survey under one person.
