At 749 km, this was a DPR assignment of unusual scale — detailed engineering survey and design of double-lane standard roads across a network rather than a single corridor.

Scale changes the nature of the work. Consistency becomes the governing concern: survey standards, design assumptions, pavement decisions and estimating conventions have to hold across every section, or the resulting programme cannot be compared, procured or budgeted as a whole.

e2services delivered the survey, design and DPR package for the Department of Roads, applying uniform methodology across the full extent while allowing each section's terrain and traffic to drive its specific design.
