District Irrigation Master Plan — Chitwan
Preparation of the District Irrigation Master Plan for Chitwan, identifying and prioritising irrigation development across the district.

Assignment overview
A district irrigation master plan is the instrument that turns a queue of local requests into a costed, sequenced programme. Its usefulness rests almost entirely on the prioritisation criteria, because the plan has to survive scrutiny from every ward that did not come first.
e2services inventoried existing systems, assessed source availability and command potential across Chitwan, and ranked candidate developments into a programme the province could fund in stages.
The Chitwan plan was followed by a comparable assignment for Nuwakot district, giving the firm master-planning experience across contrasting terrain — Terai command areas in one, hill systems in the other.
