DPR & Construction Drawings — Upper Ruru Banchu Khola HEP (24.5 MW)
Detailed project report, tender drawings, tender documents, design report and construction drawings for a 24.5 MW hydropower project in Kalikot.

Assignment overview
At 24.5 MW, Upper Ruru Banchu Khola is among the larger assignments in the firm's hydropower portfolio, and the scope ran the full distance from detailed project report through to the drawings a contractor builds from.
That end-to-end scope is the part worth noting. A DPR prepared by one party and construction drawings prepared by another is where design intent gets lost — assumptions about foundation conditions, sediment handling or access that were reasoned through at study stage quietly disappear. Carrying both meant the drawings inherited the reasoning.
Deliverables covered the design report, tender drawings and tender documents used to procure the works, and the construction drawing set issued for execution in Kalikot's difficult access conditions.
